SportClasse traces back to Américo Nunes, a nine-time Portuguese rally champion known at home as Mr Porsche, whose son Jorge founded the Lisbon business more than thirty years ago and whose family now runs it into a third generation. Alongside servicing, sales and parts for classic and modern Porsches, the workshop builds the 911 SPC, based on any air-cooled 911 the client brings or the firm sources. Each car receives an RSR-spec twin-plug engine with electronic fuel injection making over 300hp, a rebuilt gearbox with limited-slip differential, a valved RSR exhaust, carbon fibre panels and Fuchs-inspired wheels, plus electric air conditioning that draws nothing from the engine. Small details carry the family story, including a reverse light modelled on the one from Américo's rally cars. One of the few serious restomod programmes to come out of Portugal.
