Maison Restomod is a small independent editorial project. Write to us at hello@maisonrestomod.com and a person will read it.

Every profile in the directory is researched and written by us. Inclusion is editorial and free, and no builder pays to be listed or to be featured.

Photography. A profile shows a placeholder graphic until the builder concerned has supplied images or pointed us at press material we may use. If you would like your own work shown, send five to ten photographs, tell us which model each one shows, and give us the credit line you want printed beneath them.

The terms, in full. Permission is non-exclusive and covers editorial use on this site and its own channels only. We credit exactly as you specify. We never resell, sublicense or pass images to third parties, and we remove any image at your request, without discussion.

Corrections. If anything on your profile is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Models, prices, location, philosophy or the spelling of a name.

Not listed? If you build cars we should be covering, write to us with a link to your work.

Some profiles carry photographs published under a Creative Commons licence, credited to the photographer beneath each image. If you have photographed one of these cars, at a concours, a show or in a workshop, and are willing to let us use a picture, we would be glad to hear from you.

Send the photograph, tell us which builder and model it shows, and give us the credit line you want printed. Say whether you are releasing it under a Creative Commons licence or simply granting us permission. Either way we credit you on every page the picture appears, we never resell or pass images to anyone else, and we remove any photograph at your request.

Cars offered for sale, missing builders, mistakes, or anything about how the directory works: the same address reaches us.
