Ferrari F355 reimagined. Carbon-enhanced body and comprehensively re-engineered chassis for the beloved 1990s V8.

Evoluto Automobili, part of the UK's DRVN Automotive Group alongside Boreham Motorworks, builds the 355 by Evoluto: the Ferrari F355 comprehensively re-engineered under carbon-enhanced bodywork reshaped with input from Ian Callum. The 3.5-litre V8 is rebuilt to 414hp, or 474hp in 3.7-litre form with a 9,000rpm redline, retaining the gated manual and analogue character that made the original beloved. Fifty-five commissions were offered from £595.000 plus donor, and all are spoken for. The definitive word, so far, on the 1990s Ferrari restomod.

355 by Evoluto

Limited series (55)

The 355 by Evoluto is a ground-up re-engineering of the 1990s Ferrari F355, limited to just 55 commissions and developed by DRVN Advanced Engineering in collaboration with designer Ian Callum CBE under Evoluto's "Peak Analogue" philosophy of high-fidelity mechanical feel. Each donor car is stripped to body-in-white condition and measured to manufacturer-grade tolerances, then reinforced with lightweight composite fused into the architecture at key load-bearing nodes, while every exterior closure is remade in carbon fiber, cutting 100kg from the car's weight and increasing torsional stiffness by 23 percent and body efficiency by 13 percent. Power comes from a rebuilt and re-engineered naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V8 fitted with over 200 newly engineered components, CNC-ported heads, bespoke camshafts and a MoTeC M150 management system, producing 420PS (some references cite up to 480PS) with a stainless steel exhaust tuned to preserve the engine's original timbre through a clean, linear rev range. The chassis gains newly engineered suspension arms, uprights, bearings and links for precise, repeatable geometry, along with a widened track of 77mm at the front and 66mm at the rear, quick-ratio hydraulic steering at 2.0 turns lock to lock, and bespoke three-way adjustable dampers with external reservoirs co-developed with R53 Suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo GT hardware, a six-piston front setup with 355x32mm slotted discs and a four-piston rear with 345x28mm discs, with a carbon-ceramic CCM-R option available, riding on 19-inch Evoluto forged wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Inside, the cabin is finished with milled and knurled switchgear, refined instrument graphics and CALLUM-directed detailing meant to feel inevitable rather than decorative, and every commission carries a two-year, 20,000-mile warranty as part of a program built to manufacturer-level process and traceability standards.
