AP Car Design

AP Car Design has spent more than two decades in a Göttingen industrial park doing every kind of Porsche work: servicing, full restoration, engine and gearbox rebuilds, race support in the Porsche Sports Cup and upholstery in its own saddlery. The signature output is widebody 964 Werksturbolook builds, among them the much-photographed M1M and a pair of WTL Speedsters, plus Gulf-liveried commissions and a collaboration with JP Krämer. Owner Thomas Nater also runs the shop as a Carrera RS competence centre, and the emphasis falls on period-correct detail rather than reinvention. A builder for owners who want a factory-flavoured 964 rather than a reimagined one.
