The Landrovers

The Landrovers, based in Amsterdam, builds bespoke custom Defenders shaped around each client's own vision rather than a fixed model lineup. Buyers start by choosing a base, Defender 90, 110 or 130, then a body style ranging from an enclosed hard top or open-air soft top to a crew cab configuration with an enlarged cabin and folding rear seats for extra cargo space. The range also includes special series such as the off-road focused Bigfoot, built around adaptive terrain suspension and oversized tires, and the beach-inspired Beachdrifter, finished in warm sand and driftwood tones, alongside an automatic convertible roof option that opens the cabin at the push of a button. Power comes from a choice of Corvette-sourced V8 crate engines, the LS3 at 450 hp, the LT1 at 525 hp and the LT4 at 650 hp, or a full electric powertrain through the company's Electric Defender program, with every build finished to the owner's own specification for interior materials, colorways and equipment.
