North American Electric Vehicles (NAEV) converts former military Humvees, siblings of the original civilian Hummer H1, into the Cyber-Hummer: a 1,000hp electric brute using Tesla-derived dual-motor drivetrains and a 75kWh pack good for a claimed 300 miles. Editions run from the Baja at $98,900 to the $139,900 Executive. The concept is gloriously simple: military icon, silent sledgehammer performance. One of the more unexpected corners of the electromod movement.
